RETURNS:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date. Pillows must be unused, unwashed and in original condition. Final sale items are nonrefundable. Approved returns will be refunded with original form of payment within 5-10 business days of receipt. Customers are responsible for returned shipping costs unless the item was received damaged.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are accepted if fabric and inventory is available within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is received, your exchange will be processed and shipped at no additional cost. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us pillowtalk.us.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
